The weather has not been cooperating with me lately. No swimming, no parks, no petting zoo..... but we have been having fun anyways.
Games, puzzles and lots of books have also been occupying our time until the sun comes out again.
Boredom has inspired creativity:
And the kids have invented new contests, like who can throw their stuffed animals the highest, who can jump the longest with their eyes closed, who can find the most blue toys in the house, and my favorite, who can make the silliest noise without laughing.
We even ate on the floor one day to mix things up a bit.
Audrey had to return to a chair after soaking her clothes and making a complete mess.
The sun will grace us with its presence again soon.
And hopefully we won't go stir crazy until then.
