She said...

"Man, I feel like I've been running on your treadmill for 20 mins.  Actually, I mean, I mean, .... I feel like I've been running on your treadmill for 20 HOURS,"  after going on a walk with her sister and mother.

This summer Daddy said something about putting on Audrey's diaper.  She clarified, "It's a swim diaper."  Daddy replied, "OK, I didn't call it the right kind of diaper. That's OK; everybody makes mistakes."

"Not this time, Daddy," she said. "Just you made a mistake."

On November 19, I (Daddy) was doing some pushups and Audrey tried to climb on me. I said, "Gotta leave me alone right  now, girls. I'm doing pushups and they're hard."  "No, they're not," Audrey informed me.  Not for me."

Kristen's birthday

The night before Kristen's birthday, Audrey, Mommy and Daddy decorated the house.

             
Audrey enjoyed her secretive work.... and staying up late. 

                      The next morning, Daddy made us all pancakes.

               After breakfast, Kristen opened her presents from us.

The next evening Nana and Debbie came over to celebrate with us.  We had Kristen's favorite meal, Spaghetti, green beans and bread.

Kristen loved her new dress from Nana and Debbie and couldn't wait to open her new beads from her little sister.

             Audrey was in quite the silly mood that day. 

A couple days later, Kristen had another birthday celebration - at a park with her friends. 

It was colder than we anticipated, so the girls had to wear Daddy's jackets.

Luckily some of their friends were running late... and I was able to call them and beg for sweaters.  Thank you Jackson and Nate. 

            Even with the borrowed sweaters, Audrey kept coming back for  Daddy's jacket and warm snuggles

Luckily some of her friends were able to motivate her to come play... for a least a few minutes.

Despite the cold, I think the kids enjoyed the park. 

But they were pretty excited to move the party indoors for ice cream.

                         Kristen loved all her presents. 

She also received several cards and gifts in the mail from out-of-town family.
