"Tall Tower"

As a construction project manager I feel inclined to post some photos of Kristen's recent building project. Construction began and finished on Momma's birthday. By the time I pulled out the camera, Kristen was already well under way with her "tall tower".
Here she is hoisting the upper section of blocks into place...

Whoops!...After that last photo was taken, the structural embed plates for the upper section failed and the blocks came crashing down! (possibly because the builder was doggin it, sitting down on the job!) Luckily the section that fell was solid masonry, no windows, so it was quickly rebuilt. Whew! Let's try again, STANDING UP this time...

Carefully topping it off with the capstone...

This baby is DONE! It came in on time, under budget, and with no punchlist! (just like Daddy's projects:) Let's CAREFULLY hoist this bad boy and transport it to its final destination...

And she even has a smile on her face at the end of the long, hard workday; that's my girl! NICE WORK, KRISTEN!!
