Kristen can identify almost all of the letters in the alphabet…. And can count to 12, she knows most of her shapes. Diamonds are a bit confusing to her.
Kristen knows her full name and gets a kick out of saying it aloud.
Kristen watched her first full length (about an hour) video, Lady and the Tramp II – Scamp’s Adventure this month.
After helping momma bathe Audrey, Kristen told Audrey that she had puffy hair. Later she told daddy he had funny hair and momma had pretty hair.
We received about an inch of snow a few days ago. Kristen liked watching it fall and blow in the wind.
Daddy likes teaching Kristen new words. awesome was added to the vocabulary list this month.
He has also taught her some spanish words. We were doing diaper change getting ready for bed. She said “pantalones!” with a big smile on her face. She repeated it several times during the course of changing her diaper and putting her pants back on.
One memorable thing with Kristen today was when I gave her her “medicine” (vitamin) and she dropped it before getting it in her mouth. She said, “Oh, my goodness! I dropped my medicine on the floor!”
